These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the services provided by Twenty7daisies ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Provided
We offer web design, branding, and related services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your individual contract or proposal. Any additional services not specified in the initial agreement will incur extra charges.

Project Timeline & Delivery
We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of your project. Timelines may be subject to change based on the scope of work, revisions, and other factors. We strive to meet deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., client delays, third-party service failures).

Payment Terms
A deposit of [20%] is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment plans may be available upon request and are subject to prior approval. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the contract.

Revisions & Feedback
We offer [1-4] rounds of revisions during the design process. Any additional revisions will be charged at [TBD] per hour. We ask that you provide feedback within [1-2] days of receiving deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Ownership & Copyright
Once full payment is received, you will own the final design. However, we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes. All initial drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Twenty7daisies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel the project before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund for any work not completed.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability
Twenty7daisies will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will be effective immediately.
